Act Right Now Counselling is an online and in-person counselling and psychotherapy practice that brings a unique perspective to your therapy.
We combine our in-depth understanding of how the brain works with evidence-based therapy techniques that help you understand your experiences, process your pain, and find your way forward into a more fulfilling, empowering present.
My passion for helping people overcome psychological suffering drove my decision to transition from a full-time academic research profession to becoming an accredited therapist.
Seeing a person walk away feeling lighter, freer, and excited to live their journey after healing from wounds, disorders, and obstacles in their path is incredibly fulfilling for me. I am dedicated to working with you to help you achieve the same life you are imagining now but do not have.
Act Right Now Counselling Services was developed from my growth and is built on personal experience, research, and transformation.
The experience I have gained has made Act Right Now Counselling Services an innovative way to help you.
My innovative approach to therapy can be the catalyst for the transformation you seek, and I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth. I will provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your unique challenges and develop the skills and insights you need to create lasting positive change.
